My husband brought the Maxima over for an oil change. He was greeted warmly and told it would be ready in Approximately 40 minutes or so. He took a seat outside in the sun in order to enjoy the nice weather. I think he may have been a bit disappointed as it was ready to go in even less time. Thank you on behalf of both of us.

The service was good, always is. The service young man that I had is always pleasant, curtious and Knowledgable, he is an asset to the Team. I pray I am picking the right service man below he has a pony tail up top his head the picture below resembles the guy below, maybe this was before he changed his look.
Mr. Andrade was very professional and courteous. He explained how long the service was expected to take and even explained how they planned to disinfect the vehicle upon completion making sure that I did not have any allergies first.
Online service (Khyra Banks and Max) is terrible and is completely out of sync with dealership, providing false quotes and pricing which is a waste of time. They quoted me a price that I was willing to sign papers for immediately and did not disclose that there are going to be additional fees, making payment completely out of budget. This was a waste of time trip to the dealership, aggravation, especially during corona virus putting health of everyone at risk! Rich V. The best Mgr Nissan could have hired! He brings more than the basic customer service to the table. He relates to each and every customer and goes above and beyond to assist the customer. He is extremely hands on with both his employees and customers. No matter how much you are coming out of pocket he communicates in a way that a customer understands. As a Nissan customer for 15 years. He really makes me feel my business matters.
